Refund and Returns Policy

At Avvas Spice, every packet we seal carries our promise of purity and care. If something feels amiss, we’re here to set it right.

1. Returns

We accept returns only when the product reaches you damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

To qualify, the item must rest untouched—unused, sealed, and still in its original packaging.

Please raise your return request within 3 days of delivery by reaching out to our support team.

2. Refunds

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it with the same attention we give our spices.
You’ll be informed whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved, the refund will find its way back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because food is delicate and deeply personal, certain items cannot be returned:

• Opened or consumed products

• Items without original packaging

• Products reported after the 3-day window

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the journey begins, cancellations can no longer be made.
